Use Medical Supplies

Ulcers can be treated with Medical Supplies. Hover the cursor over Pal, then press 4 for PC or the RS/R3 button for consoles. Choose Feed then choose the Medical Supplies in the inventory to administer it. While you can heal it with a High Grade Medical Supplies, it is recommended to use a regular Medical Supplies to save materials.

Build Enough Palbeds And Hotsprings
When Pals SAN value is low, it becomes more prone to illness and injury. Be sure to build a Pal Bed and Hot Spring at the base to prevent the SAN value of Pals from dropping too much.
Set Up A Feed Box And Automate Meals
When Pal satiety decreases, makes it more likely for the SAN value to decrease. By building a Feed Box at the base and placing food in it, you can avoid the decrease in satiety.
