1. Capture The Pal You Want To Ride
Before you can ride a Pal, you need to catch them. Caught Pals will enable the saddle for the Pal to be unlocked in the technology tree, however not all Pals can be ridden so make sure to check if the Pal can be mounted beforehand.

2. Collect Materials To Craft Saddle
Once you've collected all the materials needed to craft the saddle, use the Pal Gear Workbench. By crafting a saddle for the specific Pal you will then be able to ride it.
3. Summon Pal To Ride
Once you summon the Pal, press and hold the ride button (F for PC/X for Controller) to ride the Pal.

Passive Skill To Determine The Pal
Some of the passive skills can enhance the movement speed. If the Pal you're riding has Swift or Runner, you can travel even faster.
No Fall Damage While Riding
Normally when a player drops from high ground, you will receive fall damage. When you're riding Pals you will not receive any fall damage.
Can Be Ridden On The Water
Pals that travel through the sky or land can also travel above water. However, flying Pals will not consume any stamina while traveling on the water.

Adjust Stamina Reduction Rate
In the world setting you can adjust Pal's Stamina Reduction rate which will reduce Stamina consumption while riding making it very useful when traveling long distances.
