Stout Fruit Details

Added On Ver 0.2.0.6 Update

Stout Fruit is one of the new stat boosting items added in the Ver 0.2.0.6 Update. This particular type of fruit can enhance the defense capabilities of Pals.

Different From Skill Fruits

Stout Fruits function similarly to Skill Fruits, yet they diverge in their effects. Skill Fruits unlock Pal active skills, whereas Stout Fruits enhances Pal defense stats.

How To Get Stout Fruit

Obtained As Reward From Defeating Raid Boss

Stout Fruits can be obtained as a reward by defeating raid bosses at level 50 or higher. Even if you don't summon it yourself, as long as you deal damage to the raid boss that was summoned, rewards will be distributed to all players who participated when it is defeated.

How To Use Stout Fruit

Increase Pal's Defense Potential By 10

By using a Stout Fruit on Pals, you can increase its Defense Potential stat (IV) by 10 per piece. Please note that the max limit for each stat is 100, so the amount of increase will be lower for stats over 91.

Check Pal Potential With Ability Glasses

Pal's individual values can be confirmed by equipping Ability Glasses, which can be unlocked in the Ancient Technology section. Take note that Ancient Civilization Cores are required to create Ability Glasses, so collect the materials by taking on Raid Bosses.

Use It On Pal Who Has Finished Skill Reroll

It's advisable to use it on Pals for combat who have undergone skill rerolls to further enhance their status. Additionally, it's effective on Pals who have already reached Level 50, allowing you to strengthen Lvl 50 pals even further.

Make Pals More Durable In Battle

A higher defense stat means the Pal can withstand more attacks, reducing the damage it takes in battles. This can be crucial for staying in the fight longer and potentially turning the tide of battle.

Counter Type Advantages Through Defense Boosts

At times, your Pal might lack a type advantage over the boss. In these situations, increasing defense can reduce the impact of attacks from certain element skills thus minimizing the damage taken.

Tank Incoming Attacks

In longer boss battles, having higher defense can help your Pal last through multiple phases of the battle without needing to be swapped out frequently. This can be advantageous for maintaining momentum and survivability in battle.
