Raid Conditions & Enemy Levels
Raid Is ON In World Settings
Raids occur When the 'Raid Events occur' setting in World Settings is turned ON. If you don't want raid events to occur, set the settings to OFF.
Only Happens With Player In The Base
Raids happen randomly only when the Player is inside the Base. You don't have to worry about it happening when you are outside the base exploring.
Raid Trigger Area
A designated area around the Palbox becomes a base, and a blue line is displayed at the boundary.
Enemy Level Changes Depending On Current Progress
The level of enemies attacking will vary according to your current game progress. Even if you establish a base in the Plateau of Beginnings, stronger enemies will attack as you level up. Take note that the levels of the wild Pals in the vicinity are irrelevant.
How To Defend Your Base
Place Strong Pals In Your Base
If the Pal you use for base tasks is weak, replace it with a strong Pal you have on hand. There's a short grace period after the attack warning comes, so if you hurry and make the replacement, you'll have plenty of time to defend the base area.
Also Strengthen Base Defense
Since mounted defense building facilities also have different strengths, switch to powerful ones like the Mounted Missile Launcher.
Use Stone Or Metal Base Building Structures
Build structures at your base using stone or metal, then place facilities like Workbenches and Plantations inside. This greatly reduces the risk of your base being damaged during attacks. Also avoid using wood since it can burn from fire attacks.
Build A Base On The Mountaintop
If you establish a base in a place like a mountaintop or cliff that is cut off from the pathways, attacking Pals will attempt to climb up but eventually retreat. However, take note that flying Pals may still attack from above, similar to how they can bypass Defensive Walls..
Block The Areas Where The Enemy Might Come From
Since the points at which attacking enemies appear are fixed, you can prevent them from moving inside the base by surrounding the ground point where they appear with a Defensive Wall in advance. It's a convenient method for capturing attacking Pals and obtaining drop items.
You Can Also Block The Road Leading To Your Base With Defenses
Attacking enemies from outside will follow the path through the roads to your base. Therefore, if you block the paths leading to the base with Defensive Walls or similar defenses, enemies won't reach the base and will retreat after a certain period. However, take note that this is not effective on Pals that can fly over these walls and attack from above.
Turn Off Raids In The World Settings
The best way is to turn off the "Enable Raid Events" in the World Settings. By turning it off, the raid attacks will not occur, so you won't need to take additional defensive countermeasures on your base and can focus mainly on production.
Raid Event Bug Fix
Raid Event Bugs Causes
Return To Title During Attack
There is a possibility of encountering a bug when returning to the title screen while a raid is occurring. When a bug occurs, Pals at the base remain in a combat state and on high alert. Even if you return to Palbox once or summon another Pal, the issue cannot be resolved, and restarting the game does not fix it.
Get Stuck During A Raid
During a raid, there are instances where Pal characters may get stuck or go out of the base's range. After the raid ends, they may remain immobilized or not able to stop combat mode. In such cases, the bug may be resolved by waiting for some time or returning to Palbox.
Progress Can Be Restored From Backup
- Select the world you want to restore.
- Select "Restore" from the bottom left corner of the screen's backup data.
- Choose the data from the time you wish to restore.
- Select "Yes" if you wish to proceed restoring.
Select "Start Game" on the title screen and choose the world you want to restore on the world selection screen.
After selecting the world, choose "Restore from Backup Data" located at the bottom left.
When you select "Restore from backup data", choose the data from the time you want to restore. Take note that you will lose any current progress since data will be overwritten during the restoration process, so proceed with caution.
If you want to restore data, select "Yes". When the message "Successfully Restored Saved Data" notification appears, select OK and then you're done.
