Fracture can be treated by providing Medical Supplies. Hover the cursor over Pal, then press 4 for PC or the RS/R3 button for consoles. Choose Feed then choose the Medical Supplies in the inventory to administer it.

When in a Fracture state, Work Speed decreases by 10%. Since the Pal work efficiency drops, it's necessary to begin treatment immediately.
Movement Speed Decreases
In the Fracture state, the Pal movement speed within the base decreases. Since movement between buildings becomes slower, it ultimately leads to a deterioration in work efficiency.
Fracture Status Ailments
Build Enough Palbeds And Hotsprings
When Pals SAN value is low, it becomes more prone to illness and injury. Be sure to build a Pal Bed and Hot Spring at the base to prevent the SAN value of Pals from dropping too much.
Set Up A Feed Box And Automate Meals
When Pal satiety decreases, makes it more likely for the SAN value to decrease. By building a Feed Box at the base and placing food in it, you can avoid the decrease in satiety.
