Recommended Location To Farm Technology Points
Unlock Fast Travel
If you have not unlocked all Fast Travel points, then it is recommended to unlock them first. Warp points will be added, and you will also get 1 Technology Point per Fast Travel unlock.

At Wild Sanctuaries, you can open Purple Treasure Chests and inside there will be High Grade Technical Manuals. From Treasure Chests you might be able to find 2 High Grade Technical Manuals, so if you want to gather Technology Points quickly then this method is recommended.
▶Wild Sanctuary LocationsDungeon
Inside Dungeons, there aren't much Technology Points that you can gather, but you can also gather Schematics and Skill Fruits so it is a great place to farm.

Choose Location According Objective
Wild Sanctuaries are great to gather Manuals in a short period of time, but the treasure chests take 4 hours to respawn (default speed) which is pretty long. Dungeons don't have much Technology Points, but you can gather other valuable items so each has their own advantages and disadvantages.

Technology Points can be received when unlocking Fast Travel or leveling up the player in early game, but later in the game you will be getting them mostly from Manuals.
