How To Efficiently Get Slabs

Find In Dungeons

To craft a Slab, you will need Slab Fragments which you can find inside Dungeons. It'll make it easier if you ride on Fenglope or other Pals that can run through narrow areas to go through the deeper parts of the Dungeon.

The Slabs You Get Depends On The Dungeon Level

Recommended Dungeon Route

Dungeon Lvl 29 Route

It's best to Fast Travel to "Mount Flopie Summit" or "Hypocrite Hill", and go around the islands in the middle of the map. There are a lot of Fast Travel points so you can go back to your base as soon as you get what you need.

Dungeon Lvl 45 Route

You can go around the Dungeons in the Snowy Mountain area on the top left of the Map. Starting from the "PAL Genetic Research Unit Tower Entrance", go through the Dungeons in the Snow Mountains and once you're done you can Fast Travel from "Unthawable Lake" and head back to Base.

Treasure Chests In Wildlife Sanctuary

You also have a small chance to find Slab Fragments in Wildlife Sanctuary treasure chests. The chances of finding them are lower than the treasure chests you find in dungeons so you can use this as a second option while running through the dungeons.

Crafting Slabs & How To Use

Craft At The Workbench

After picking up Slab Fragments from deeper parts of Dungeons and treasure chests found in the Wildlife Sanctuary, use 4 Slab Fragments at a Workbench to craft Slabs.

Required Item To Summon Raid Boss

By placing the Slabs in the Summoning Altar, you can summon the Raid Boss and challenge it for battle. Defeat it within the time limit and receive Eggs that give you Boss Pals among other special rewards.

Lose The Items After Battle

Once you summon the Boss, regardless of winning or losing the Summoning Altar and Slabs will be destroyed. To go against the boss again, you must recollect the Slab Fragments and create a new Summoning Altar.

The Ultra Slab

To summon a high level Raid Boss, there is another item for that called an Ultra Slab, which can only be found as a reward for defeating the Bellanoir Libero. They do not drop from treasure chests. so you need to defeat the regular Bellanoir Libero to get this special item.
