Use Low Grade Medical Supplies

Sprains can be treated with Medical Supplies. Hover the cursor over Pal and press 4, RS or R3 button for consoles. Choose Feed then choose the Medical Supplies in the inventory to administer it. While you can heal it with High-Grade Medical Supplies, it is recommended to use Low Medical Supplies to save materials.

Craft On The Medieval Medicine Workbench

Medical Supplies can be obtained primarily through crafting using the Medieval Medicine Workbench. Once you reach level 12, you can unlock and craft the Medicine Production Workbench in Technology, so make sure to build one to prepare for Pal illnesses and injuries.

Work Speed Decreases By 20%
When Pals have a Sprain status ailment, Work Speed decreases by 20%. As work efficiency drops significantly, it is advisable to start treatment immediately.
How To Prevent Sprain
Build Enough Palbeds And Hotsprings
When Pals SAN value is low, it becomes more prone to illness and injury. Be sure to build a Pal Bed and Hot Spring at the base to prevent the SAN value of Pals from dropping too much.
Set Up A Feed Box And Automate Meals
When Pal satiety decreases, makes it more likely for the SAN value to decrease. By building a Feed Box at the base and placing food in it, you can avoid the decrease in satiety.
