Cold can be treated by providing Low Grade Medical Supplies. Hover the cursor over Pal, then press 4 for PC or the RS/R3 button for consoles. Choose Feed then choose the Low Grade Medical Supplies in the inventory to administer it.

When a Pal has a Cold status, its Work Speed decreases by 10%. Its work efficiency will decrease, so make sure to start treatment immediately.
How To Prevent Cold Status?
Build Enough Palbeds And Hotsprings
When Pals SAN value is low, it becomes more prone to illness and injury. Be sure to build a Pal Bed and Hot Spring at the base to prevent the SAN value of Pals from dropping too much.
Set Up A Feed Box And Automate Meals
When Pal satiety decreases, makes it more likely for the SAN value to decrease. By building a Feed Box at the base and placing food in it, you can avoid the decrease in satiety.
