Large Pals are prone to stacking (getting stuck and stopping movement) at the base, and they also require more Food. Especially Boss individuals and Lucky Pals are prone to a decrease in work efficiency due to stacking.

Assign A Nocturnal Pal If The Work Speed Is The Same
Pals typically sleep at night, causing work to come to a halt. However, some Pals continue working without resting even at night. If the Work Speed is the same, assigning a nocturnal Pal can help complete the work faster.

You can enhance a Pal's work speed by consuming Pal Soul with the Power Stone statue. When enhanced, the baste stats work speed can increase up to +30%. Prioritize enhancing Pals with high Work Suitability.
