How To Use Monitoring Stand
Able To Change Pal's Work Efficiency
The Monitoring Stand is a technology that can be used to command Pals to work. Setting it to Super Hard Work will increase work efficiency but also increase the risk of Pals getting injured or sick, so it is recommended to only use this to finish off tasks you want to hurry. Setting it to Normal can generally sustain Sanity well enough but if you have multiple Pals with low Sanity, setting it to Relaxed can help them recover.

Set Work Preference
You can now allow/disallow certain work for base Pals at the Monitoring Stand from Set Work Preference. The work suitability with either a green check mark or red cross is each Pal's available work suitability. You can allow/disallow certain work suitability by clicking them. This is especially important if you want some Pals to focus on certain work.
