Zoe's Location & Recommended Level To Defeat
Recommended Level and Status
To defeat Zoe, the recommended level of the Player is 20. Raise the level of your Pals and also make weapons for yourself.
Go To Rayne Syndicate Tower

Zoe's location is at Rayne Syndicate Tower. You can enter the tower and challenge the Boss.

Fight With Effective Ground Element Pals
Since Zoe is Electric type, bringing a Ground Element Pal is recommended as it will give you an advantage. This will reduce incoming damage and deal more damage against the boss.
Attack From Behind If You're Not Targeted
You only have 10 minutes to defeat the boss so you will also have to attack to finish the battle within the time limit. If Zoe is focusing on your Pal, you can attack them from behind with your own weapon.
More Safer With Long Range Weapon
Zoe will sometimes attack long range, so even if you're not targeted, you might get attacked. To be safe, you may want to use long-range weapons such as Bows to attack from a distance.
Roll To Dodge If You're Being Attacked

You're being targeted if Zoe is facing towards you, so roll at the timing of attack to dodge. Get behind the pillar to block long range attacks.
Adjust Damage Multiplier To Reduce Difficulty

If you cannot defeat them or want to make it easier, you can adjust the damage in the Settings menu. You might lose the feel of accomplishment, but you can defeat Zoe much easier.
Increase Damage To Pals To Make It Even More Easier
Bosses are also categorized as Pals, so increasing the damage to Pals multiplier can make boss battles much easier. However, this will also affect your Pals so be careful. Also if you're applying this setting, make sure to increase Player Damage.
How To Capture Zoey
Ver.0.1.5.0 Has Fixed Bug And Can't Capture Any Longer
As a result of various bugs that we fixed in the most recent patch, a bug that allowed players to capture the tower boss was unintentionally fixed.

We apologize for inadvertently fixing a bug.
With the v0.1.5.0 that was announced in Feb 27 (Tues) the Tower Boss Capturing Glitch has been fixed. PocketPair has just fixed the bug and has not released any details on if you will be able to capture the boss in the future full release.
Steps To Capture Zoe（*Currently Can't Capture）
- Unlock Fast Travel at Tower Entrance
- Become Wanted then enter Rayne Syndicate Tower
- Lure PIDF to attack Zoe
- Capture Boss after Zoe stops moving
- Go back to title screen and log back in
First, head to Rayne Syndicate Tower, then unlock fast travel near the entrance of the tower. You can get there by heading northwest from the Plateau of Beginnings.
Next step is to become Wanted by attacking an NPC. You cannot become wanted from your Pals attacking, so the Player needs to attack. Once you are wanted, fast travel to Rayne Syndicate Tower then enter inside.
The nearest NPC to Rayne Syndicate Tower is at the Small Settlement which is South West from the tower.
If you followed the steps above to start the Boss Battle, the PIDF should spawn inside. Now have them attack Zoe.
After the PIDF attacks Zoe, wait for a while and it will start walking outside the ring then stop moving. You can capture the Boss once this happens, so throw your Pal Sphere to catch it.
Once captured, open the menu and go back to the title screen. The Wanted Level will be gone once you enter the world again. You should see Zoe & Grizzbolt in the Paldeck or team.
