Reincarnated Guy Location
South-west of Small Settlement
The Reincarnated Guy can be found at coordinates (33, -510), south-west of the Fast Travel Point "Small Settlement". He is sitting at the waterside by the cliff and you won't need any specific equipment to get there. It's not inside a dungeon either so check it out if you're interested.

What You Can Do
Impossible To Capture
It isn't possible to capture the Reincarnated Guy even if his HP is low. Even a Legendary Sphere isn't effective against him. You can use a trap against him or try debuffs but the capture rate is 0.00% and there is no way to capture him at this point.
Gives You Pizza
When you talk to the Reincarnated Guy for the first time, he will give you pizza. He won't give you anything after that even if you log in the game again or wait for time to pass.

Drops No Loot
You won't get any loot if you defeat the Reincarnated Guy, you just get EXP. The EXP you get isn't that much either, so there isn't really any reason to do so. Also, you will get the Wanted status if you attack him like any other NPC, so be warned.
Easily Respawns
If you defeat him or if he gets stuck underground, he will respawn. You can see him again if you log in the game again or travel elsewhere and come back.
