Is There A Story Mode?

No Story Mode, Open World Game

There is no story mode in Palworld. There is a tutorial that acts as a guide for the game, but after the tutorial, players are free to explore and do what they want in the open world.

Journey Quests Have Been Added

Since the latest update, a new line of quests called "Journey" has been added to the game. This used to be the Tutorial, but now you have a continuous amount of quests that you can complete to enjoy the game in a orderly manner.

What Do You Do In The World?

Adventure In A World With Pals

One of the purposes of playing Palworld is to catch and use Pals. The point of the game is not only to obtain all Pals, but to also make them work to improve production efficiency or to make them as a food source.

Engage In Survival Battles Against Poachers

Enemies called the "Rayne Syndicate" appear in towers scattered around the map. Capture and train Pals to increase their strength before taking on the Rayne Syndicate.

Defeating Will Grant Ancient Technology Point

Defeating Tower Boss will reward the player with Ancient Technology Point on top of the usual experience. Unlike normal technology, you can unlock more powerful and useful items, so try challenging them.

A World Where Mysterious Creatures Called Pals Live

There is no story mode, but there is a world background for Palworld. Mysterious creatures called "Pals" live there and players can capture and raise them, but they can also be used to increase productivity or as cannonballs and even as a source of food!

Extensive Open World

Palworld includes areas such as ruins, grasslands, deserts, snowy mountains, and volcanoes. It is a seemless open world that you can travel with a glider, Pals, or via fast travel.
