How To Increase And Recover Stamina
Level Up To Increase
The maximum value of Stamina can be strengthened by allocating status points received when you level up. It is recommended to increase Stamina once you have enough Weight and HP.
Best Stats To Upgrade FirstStamina Recovers Over Time
Running, cliff climbing, flying, and rolling consumes Stamina. When Stamina is fully depleted and the gauge turns red, you won't be able to perform any of those actions, but it will automatically recover if you avoid actions that deplete stamina.
Recover Faster With High Stamina
The speed the meter fills up does not change when you have more stamina, so the amount of Stamina you recover increases as the maximum Stamina value increases. While it doesn't affect Stamina during rides, it's useful in battles such as boss fights fought alongside Pals.
How To Increase Riding Stamina
Stamina Has Great Effect On Gliders
| Ground Mounts | Effect: None Does not affect how long you can run. |

| Flying Mounts | Effect: Minor You can fly for a slightly longer time. |
| Water Mounts | Effect: None *No stamina consumption. |
| Glider | Effect: Major The more stamina you have, the farther you can travel. |
Increasing the player's Stamina really only improves the Gliders. Since Stamina has minimal impact on riding or flying Pals, you don't need to prioritize it if you're not using Gliders that much.

Reducing the Player's Stamina Reduction Rate can slow down the rate at which Stamina decreases during rides. Keep in mind that this is the Player's Stamina Reduction Rate, not the Pal Stamina Reduction Rate.
How To Increase Riding Stamina
Lower The Player's Stamina Depletion Multiplier
From the title screen, select "Start Game" → Change "World Settings" for the world you want to play → Select "Custom Settings" → Change the Player Stamina Reduction Rate to decrease the amount of Stamina lost while running or riding Pals.
The Stamina Reduction Rate Is Recommended To Be Set To 0.1
Setting the Player Stamina Reduction Rate multiplier to 0.1 makes playing the game more comfortable. However, note that the difficulty may decrease and become less challenging as it becomes easier to perform evasion maneuvers through rolling in boss battles.
