It doesn't have Watering and Transporting, and at the same time the Planting level is high so it can focus on its role more. Verdash and Petallia has similar suitabilities but have Transporting, so if you want to avoid them working on Transporting, Lyleen is recommended.

Required To Grow Materials In Plantations

Planting Pals is required to plant things in Berry and Wheat Plantations. The player's can plant themselves, but it is easier if you assign these roles to Pals.

How To Increase Work Speed

How To Automate Plantations

Have Planting Pals plant seeds for you
Have Watering Pals, water the plants
Once the plants are grown Gathering Pals will gather materials
Transporting Pals will place them into Feed Boxes

Recommended To Have Suitabilities Other Than Planting

Plantations need not only "Planting", but also Watering, Gathering, and Transporting as a routine to make the farming go around. If you don't have suitabilities other than Planting, then it will become subtle after it has done its work so it is recommended to have suitabilities other than Planting.
