When transferring Passive Skills on your Best Pals on the Base, first choose the best work suitability enhancement Passive skill. After that you can add "Workaholic" which makes it harder to decrease SAN, or "Swift" which increases mobility.

For Farming Pals, SAN Or Hunger Related Passive Skills Are Best

For Farming Pals, even if they have Passive Skills that increase working speed, it won't change the speed they produce items. So instead, use Passive Skills that help with the SAN or hunger levels.

How To Increase Work Suitability By Condensing

When you condense Pals to 4 stars then you can increase all work suitability levels. This will help the efficiency of the work speed, so it is recommended to condense Pals on the Base. But if you condense to 4 stars, you will need 116 Pals of the same species so choose wisely which ones you want to condense.

Use Pal Souls To Increase Work Speed

At the Statue of Power, you can use Pal Souls to increase the work speed. When you do this, you can increase the stats up to 30%. Prioritize doing this for Pals that already have high work suitability levels.
