Sprint

By pressing the Shift key (L3 button), you can sprint to increase movement speed. However, sprinting consumes stamina, meaning you cannot sprint forever.

Use Glider To Fly

Use the glider if you're traveling from high ground to lower ground. You can travel without considering fall damage. Keep an eye on your stamina as if stamina reaches zero, you will fall.

Travel Using Grappling Gun

Grappling Gun is a movement item that will pull you towards where you shot. Utilize this to travel around areas with different elevations.

Combine With Glider To Travel Fast

The momentum from the Grappling Gun can be kept by riding Pals or gliding. It requires a little practice but this will allow you to move a lot faster.

Travel Using Pals

Riding Pals will be the main traveling method in this game. You can travel at a speed faster than sprinting. Depending on Pals, they can fly or swim so make sure to get a Pal appropriate for riding to increase exploration efficiency.
