Necromus always appears at the same time and place as Paladius. Due to this, if you want to get both then you will have battle them together.

Legendary Alpha Bosses Are Very Strong

There are 2 ways to get Legendary Pals: "Capture Alpha Pal" and "Breeding". Legendary Alpha Pals are very strong, so you will need to prepare spheres and level up your Pals before challenging them.

Capturing Them Are Same As Regular Pals

Like regular Pals, Legendary Pals can be caught by Pal Spheres after being weakened. Since their Levels are high, they are a lot harder to get than regular pals and other Alpha Pals. So you will need to weaken them as much as possible and then also use a Legendary Pal Sphere for a better chance.

"Frostallion Noct" can only be obtained from breeding. Put a Frostallion and Helzephyr in a Breeding Farm and you will get a Frostallion Noct.

There is always a chance of all Passive Skills being transferred to their offsprings. After capturing a Legendary Pal, use that Pal to start off with and choose a Pal that you want to transfer that Legend Passive Skill to and continue breeding.
