Overfull can be treated with Low Grade Medical Supplies. Hover the cursor over the Pal, then press 4 for PC or the RS/R3 button for consoles. Select Feed then choose the Low Grade Medical Supplies in the inventory to administer it.

When Pals become Overfull, it becomes easier for satiety levels to decrease and get hungry compared to usual. A decrease in satiety also causes a decrease in SAN value, so treat it as soon as possible.

Build Enough Palbeds And Hot Springs
When Pals SAN value is low, it becomes more prone to illness and injury. Be sure to build a Pal Bed and Hot Spring at the base to prevent the SAN value of Pals from dropping too much.

Set Up A Feed Box And Automate Meals
When Pal satiety decreases it makes it more likely for the SAN value to decrease. By building a Feed Box at the base and placing food in it, you can avoid the decrease in satiety.
