The difference between the High Grade Medical Supplies and the Mind Control Meds is if you can cure the Dissidents or not, but we haven't seen Dissidents in the game yet. So using the High Grade Medical Supplies is the best option because it fixes everything.

Choose The Pal You Want To Use It On

The Pals will be highlighted if you can use the medicine, so choose the Pal you want to use it on.

Make Sure The Sickness Has Been Healed

When "Sickness has been Healed" is displayed then you are good to go!

How To Use Medicine On Base Pals

Select "Feed" Button

Get close to the Pal you want to use the Medicine on and open your Menu, then choose "Feed".

The difference between the High Grade Medical Supplies and the Mind Control Meds is if you can cure the Dissidents or not, but so far you can not tell if you controlled the Dissidents. So using the High Grade Medical Supplies is the best option because it fixes everything.

Choose the Medicine you want to use

The items inventory will display, so choose the medicine you want to use.

When using on Base Pals, be careful of misuse

If you are using the medicine on a Base Pal, you will be able to use medicine that won't be effective so be careful. If you want to give medicine to handheld Pals, you will not be able to give medicine that isn't effective. If you are worried you are giving the correct medicine, it is recommended to add that Pal into your handheld first.

Make sure it took the Medicine

Once the Pal has eaten the medicine and there is no sickness shown, then you are good to go.

Make sure the Sickness has been healed

Open the menu, and "See Details", and if the sickness is gone then you have completed the healing process.

How To Use Memory Wiping Medicine

Use From Inventory

Choose the Memory Wiping Medicine from your inventory to use it. The Player and Pals will be shown so choose the Player to use it on your character.

All medicine can be made from the Medicine Workbench. You don't need any schematics, but you must unlock the specific Medicine Workbenches from the Technology list.

Medicine Workbench is required to craft Medicines. Electric Medicine Workbench which can be unlocked at lv 43 which can craft all of the medicine in a short time. So, look to build an Electric Medicine Workbench in the end game.

Medicine can be purchased from Merchant(Red) around the map.You can purchase as much as you want as long as you have enough Gold Coins, so make sure to farm Gold Coins.
