Obtained As Reward From Defeating Raid Boss
Life Fruit can be obtained as a reward by defeating raid bosses at level 50 or higher. Even if you don't summon it yourself, as long as you deal damage to the raid boss that was summoned, rewards will be distributed to all players who participated when it is defeated.

Increase Pal's HP Potential By 10
By using a Life Fruit on Pals, you can increase its HP Potential stat (IV) by 10 per piece. Please note that the max limit for each stat is 100, so the amount of increase will be lower for stats over 91.
Check Pal Potential With Ability Glasses
A Pal's individual values can be confirmed by equipping Ability Glasses, which can be unlocked in the Ancient Technology section. Take note that Ancient Civilization Cores are required to create Ability Glasses, so collect the materials by taking on Raid Bosses.

Higher HP means a Pal can withstand more damage before going down. You can take risks, set up strategies that require taking hits, or switch in and out more frequently without worrying as much about your Pal being defeated.
