Reroll And Purchase From Pal Merchant

Capturing Pal Merchants allows you to summon them anytime at the base and buy Pals from them, and you can reroll the available Pals for sale by putting them in and back out of the box. This is more time-efficient compared to repeatedly going back to the title to reroll the Pals. This also works with Black Marketeers.

Some Passives Can Only Be Acquired By Catching Certain Pals

There are Passive Skills that cannot be obtained through Pal Merchant purchases. These skills are rare and commonly found on Alpha Pals which are not available for purchase, so if you wish to obtain them, head to their location in the map and catch them.

Skill Transfer Notes
- Offsprings can inherit 0 to 4 Passive Skills randomly from both parents.
- There's also a chance to get Random Passives that are not present in the Parent Pals
- There are cases where all four Passive Skills are inherited from one Pal Parent.

Once you have a pair of Pals to start breeding, assign them to the Breeding Farm to produce an Egg. Since inheriting the Passive from both parents is not always guaranteed, you will need to patiently continue hatching Eggs until you get an offspring that has inherited the desired Passive Skills.

How To Hatch Eggs
Repeat The Breeding Process Until The Desired Passive Skills Are Inherited By The Offspring

For example, if you want to create the fastest Pal for your travel explorations, you'll need Passive Skills such as Legend, Swift, Runner, and Nimble. Keep in mind that special passive skills like Legend can only be obtained through specific Pals.

PenkingPenking
Obtain the Parent Pals with Legend, Swift, and Runner Passive Skills, then breed them until these traits are passed down to their Penking offspring.
2PenkingPenking × LifmunkLifmunk
FenglopeFenglope
Breed Lifmunk with the Nimble Passive Skill until the four other movement Passive Skills have been completely passed down to Fenglope.

How To Fix Breeding Issues

Change Location Of The Breeding Farm

Image of how to change location of the breeding farm

There may be cases where you cannot assign Pals to a Breeding Farm if you have placed it near other structures or if you have constructed it in a location with uneven terrain. Carefully choose where to build the Breeding Farm.

Creating A Dedicated Base For Breeding Is Also An Option

Since the Breeding Farm requires a large space, if you cannot find a location that meets the above conditions, consider creating a dedicated base for breeding.

If Pals Get Unassigned Create A Foundation And Wall

When Assigning Is Not Working Then Create A Platform And Wall

If for some reason the Pals get unassigned, then you can set up a platform beneath the Breeding Farm and create walls to keep the Breeding Farm secure. By surrounding the farm with walls, Pals will be less likely to walk away from the farm.

Try To Restart The Game Or Reassign Pal

Try To Restart The Game Or Relocate Pal

If you cannot assign the Pals for some reason, you may be able to fix it by restarting the game or reassigning the Pals again.
