Walkthrough Guide
Complete Job Gone Wrong
First you must complete the Job Gone Wrong mission that you encounter when you first enter Akila City. Once you complete this mission, then you may listen in on the argument outside with Davis Wilson.
Akila City - Map & Shop Location
Speak To Davis Wilson
After you listen to their argument, you may speak to Davis. He will explain to you about the conversation which allows you to find Keoni.
Speak With Keoni And Receive Sensors
Speak to Keoni, who should be right down the stairs, and she will give you sensors that she would like you to place all around the city.
Place The Sensors
There will be several sensors that you will be placing around the city. All you have to do is press the [E] button and you can place them.
Get The Guard To Leave Tower
The next step is to head to the tower and speak to the Guard. You will want him to leave his post.
(Optional) Steal Something In Front Of Guard
You can steal something in front of the guard but there are other options.
Persuade, Pay Or Choose Freestar Ranger dialogue
You can also either Persuade, Pay him 1000 credits or use your Freestar Ranger dialogue if you have it. Persuasion might be your best option if you don't have the Freestar Ranger dialogue since it will not cost you credits.

Report Back To Keoni
After you get the guard to leave, head back to Keoni and report the details. She will thank you and give you your rewards.
