Walkthrough Guide
Speak With Doctor Joseph
To activate the Relief Run mission, you will first want to speak with Doctor Joseph at the Reliant Medical in Neon. He will ask for supplies from Abbie.
Speak With Abbie Edding
Speak with Abbie inside The Clinic. There is actually an extra option to Persuade for more items. This will actually change your rewards, and if you succeed the Persuasion process, you will receive more Credits.
Persuade For More Items

Report Back To Doctor Joseph
When you receive all the items that you get from Abbie, head back to Neon and speak with Doctor Joseph inside his office. He will thank you and give you the reward for your actions.
