Speak To Gladys Coffin
To activate the mission, you must first speak to Gladys Coffin inside the Trident Luxury Lines Staryard. You can speak to her when you are working on the mission: Maintaining the Edge.
Trident Staryard - Location And Quests
Go To Madame Sauvage's Place
Head to Neon City and purchase the Velocity drink at Madame Sauvage's Place. All you have to do is speak to the bartender and she will sell it to you.
Purchase A Velocity
There are several different types of Velocity drinks. The color and type does not change the storyline so choose the best one you like.
Mission Doesn't Update Glitch
There has been reports where the mission doesn't update even though you purchase the drink.
Ways To Fix Bug

| Option 1 | You can head to Trident Staryard and just give the drink to Gladys. |

Return To Gladys And Give Velocity
Give Gladys the drink and it will complete the mission and she will reward you.
