Go To Ryujin Industries
Once you are at Neon Core, face right and go straight to the end and you will arrive at the Ryujin Industries entrance.
Take The Elevator
Get in the elavator and go to the Taiyo Astroneering floor.
Ship Vendor Location

Get off the elevator and you will see the showroom on your right. Go inside and talk to Veronica to buy ships and ship parts including habs and bays.
