Speak With Theresa Mason
To activate the mission, you will need to speak with Theresa Mason inside Kay's House. This is located inside The Well in New Atlantis. You might be able to unlock this mission when you are working on the Primary Sources Mission.
Primary Sources - Misc Mission Walkthrough and Reward
Head To UC Surplus And Listen To Conversation
Listen to the conversation between the 2 men next to UC Surplus. They will talk about the robbery so you will want to report that back to Theresa.
Conversation Doesn't Start Glitch
There has been reports where the conversation does not start. Even if you crouch or hide you can't listen into the conversation.

After you report back to Theresa, you will want to report it back to Security. He will deal with it on his own so you can report back to Theresa.

Speak To Nurse O'Shea At Medbay
To activate the quest, you will have to speak to Nurse O'Shea at Medbay, which is the Clinic at The Well in New Atlantis. You may be able to activate this mission when you are working on the Primary Sources mission.
Primary Sources - Misc Mission Walkthrough and Reward
Visit Dr. Lebedev At Reliant Medical
After you speak to Nurse O'Shea, she will need research notes for curing the children of The Well. Head back to the surface of New Atlantis and speak to Dr. Lebedev at the Reliant Medical.
New Atlantis - Map & Shop Location
Give Research Notes To O'Shea
Once you get the research notes from the Doctor, return to Nurse O'Shea and she will thank you and give you your rewards.
