Talk To Vladimir To Locate Temple
The locations of the temples are random for each player, so you must speak to Vladimir to learn where they are. He is located inside The Lodge so find him and ask him about the Temple locations.
New Atlantis - Map & Shop Location
Follow Distortions On Scanner
Once you arrive to the planet that you are told, you will need to start looking for the temple. The temple might be visible but at times they are hidden behind forests etc. Open your scanner and follow the way the distortions (the ring glitches) towards the temple.
Acquire The Power Inside Temple

Defeat Starborn Guardians
If you have completed the All That Money Can Buy mission, you will be encountered with Starborn enemies when you come out of the temple. Once you defeat them, then you will receive XP as a reward and repeat the process until you get all your Powers.
