Talk To Keeper Aquilus
You can find Keeper Aquilus talking to some members outside the Sanctum Universum Church in New Atlantis. Head towards the group and talk to Keeper Aquilus about 'Unity'.
Enter The Sanctum Universum
Keeper Aquilus will ask to continue your conversation inside the Sanctum Universum. Get inside and find Keeper Aquilus inside one of the private rooms just near the door then talk to him once more.
The Real Meaning Of Unity
Keeper Aquilus is convinced that a Pilgrim concealed the truth about "Unity" within stories shared among the Sanctum Universum, the House of Enlightenment, and House Va'ruun.
Talk To The Va'ruun Prisoner
Followers of Va'ruun remain shrouded in mystery, yet a solitary zealot named Mir'za has come into focus after being apprehended for launching assaults on UC vessels. Mir'za is held inside one of the UC Vanguards cells in New Atlantis.
Unlock Faction Mission Deep Cover
After talking to the prisoner, you will undergo the interrogation with Commander Ikande. Afterwards, you will need to follow the Sysdef Guard to the Operations Center.
Talk To The House Of Enlightenment
Find Andy Singh In The Well
Talk to Andy Singh who is inside one of the Well's quarters. Once you get to the Well, turn left, head down the stairs, open the door besides the next stairs and you will find him inside there.

Report back to Keeper Aquilus in the Sanctum Universum regarding what you have learned so far. Before you head to your next destination, Keeper Aquilus would ask you your own interpretation of Unity after learning different philosophies and perspectives in finding it. Take note that this will affect your companion's affinity so choose wisely.
Increase Companion Affinity
Your companion will not like it when you choose to answer with the "Yes. Gravity is a miracle. Just like life itself" and you will also gain Self-Doubt. If you want to increase your affinity with them, choose "Unity is something greater".

The final resting place of the Unity Pilgrim might be on the second planet within the Indum System. It will only be 18 Light Years away if you are starting from Jemison in Alpha Centauri System
Go To Pilgrim's Rest
Once you landed on the planet, wander around the area to search out and look for the resting place of the Pilgrim. Then you will need to scan around the area to search for clues on Unity.

There's a hidden bunker room just outside where you can also find the first Pilgrim's Writing. There's also a computer which you can access to unlock the room. Find the other Pilgrim's Writings to find clues.

Search the room and find the Pilgrim's Final Writing. On Hyla II, the island hides the scorpion and the scorpion's sting hides the truth is written in the letter which seems to be a clue to find the beginning of the Pilgrim's journey.
Prepare For A Starborn Space Battle
As you head into space to travel to Hylia II, a Starborn will appear and attack you. You can stand your ground and defeat or escape in the meantime.

Make your way to the Ancient Ruins where you'll discover that the Hylia scorpion is, in fact, a sculpture depicting the Scoprius constellation. A beam of light shines through the location symbolizing the star of Oborum. Use the Glyph to move the beam of light to the left of the constellation in the floor to complete the objective.

The Last Star of the Scorpius Constellation is apparently Oborum II. The Unity quest is completed when you arrive there, which you'll also encounter another spaceship and unlock the In Their Footsteps Constellation Mission.
