Walkthrough Guide
Speak To Clover At Celtcrop
To activate the mission, first speak to Clover inside the Celtcrop. This business is in the same building as the Astral Lounge. Use the elevator and head over.
(Optional) Find Clover's Diary
After you have activated the mission, you will have an optional step to find Clover's Diary. It is on the desk in the back office. This will activate another optional step "Tell Saburo her feelings".
(Optional) Tell Saburo Clover's Feelings
If you find Clover's diary, then you can tell Saburo her feelings which will make the mission a lot easier to complete.
Persuade Saburo
You can also Persuade Saburo and get him to take the loan. Saburo is located inside Neon's Mining League.

Return To Clover
After you finish with Saburo, head back to Celtcrop and report back the outcome. She will thank you and give you your rewards.
