Proceed to the Executive Office floor and head up the stairs leading to the upper levels. Upon reaching the top, make a left turn towards the lobby area where Maeve's desk is located. Interact with Maeve for an appointment with Ularu.

Once you head for Ularu's Office, it seems that Genevieve and Ularu are currently engaged in a conversation. You may need to wait for their discussion to conclude before you can talk to Ularu.

You can choose to attack or discuss an alternative to since Simon only wants Malai Liskova's gun as proof of death. You will be offered to board The Datura if you convinced Malai to surrender her gun.
Dock With The Datura
Proceed with the docking the usual docking procedure. Then board the ship to talk to Malai Liskova.
Retrieve Malai's Gun For Simon
Malai Liskova might be hesitant at first to surrender the gun, however use Persuasion to convince Malia to hand it over and avoid further conflicts.
Return To Simon In Cydonia
Once you hand over the gun you will get your hands on the Project Dominion and two slates containing surveillance and interaction data for Stanley McMillan, the Infinity LTD representative. Read Stanley Mcmillan's File then listen to the audio file.
Retrieve The Project Dominion Files
Simon will give you a third slate and instructs you to download the files regarding Project Dominion which you will have to get yourself on Stanley McMillan's computer. These files are protected with a Novice Security Level and requires the use of Digipicks to unlock them.

Report back to Ularu. It seems that the Ininifty LTD has gotten their hands on Project Dominion which was apparently leaked from the Ryujin Industries. Afterwards, talk to Masako Imada to complete the quest and unlock the next mission, Background Checks where you will need to find the mole that leaked the said files in Ryujin Industries.
