Speak To Emilian
To activate the mission, you will need to find Emilian Vasilescu. He may be inside the resort at the front desk, but we found him outside heading to the beach.
Paradiso - Map & Shop Location
Head To Gagarin And Speak To Akachi
After speaking to Emilian, head to Gagarin Landing and look for Akachi. She will be by the ship dock on your left.
Wait Till 11:00 Or Persuade
She will let you know that she is busy and you will have to wait. But you can persuade her and she will do it for you right away.

Return To Emilian
Report back to Emilian in Paradiso, again by the beach, and he will reward you for your actions.
