Walkthrough Guide
Speak To Vae Victis
Go back to Subsection Seven and talk to Vae Victus about Terrormorphs. He will admit that he did make the Terrormorph attacks on Tau Ceti, however, he wants you to confirm that Reginald Orlase did it.
Speak To Hadrian And Percival
Talk to both Hadrian and Percival about the conversation you had with Vae Victis. You have an option to either tell the truth about his involvement in Terrormorph or lie and confirm he is not involved.
Address The Cabinet
Go to the Cabinet to report. You will have the option to either tell the lie and confirm that Orlase did the Terrormorph attack or tell the truth.
Choose Either Aceles Or Microbe
The last question you will be asked is how to handle the Terrormorphs. If you choose the Microbe, you will gain Sel-Esteem and gain Empath from your companions which is always a plus for the game.
Talk To Tuala After Completing The Mission
After you complete the quest make sure to talk to Commander Tuala to receive the penthouse (and 12,000 credit) for completing the United Colonies questline.
Should You Tell The Truth Or Lie?
Recommended To Tell The Lie
If you lie and save Vae Victis from execution, a new repeatable mission Preventive Action will be available. You will have to Lie to both Hadrian and Percival then, confirm that Orlase was involved in the Terrormorph to keep Vae Victis alive. Make sure to tell a lie to both Hadrian and Percival since if you only lie to Abello, Hadrian will tell the truth and the plan will go wrong.
