Where To Find The Warlord

Head to Euphorika inside Neon in Volii Alpha located in Volii System. You can Fast Travel there instead if you have already unlocked the area location.
Neon - Map & Shop LocationSpeak To Myka & Get Euphorika Lounge Pass
Head inside Euphorika and talk to Myka at the bar. You will need to pay 5,000 Credits to get the Euphorika Lounge Pass to gain access inside.
Credits Guide - How To Get and Farm MoneySpeak To Warlord
You can find the Warlord in the Euphorika Lounge with his Disciple. When you speak to him, try to get at least 8 Persuasion Points for 3 Turns to successfully Persuade him to get the Warlord's credits.
Persuasion - Rank Up Challenge & EffectYou Can Also Kill The Warlord Instead
If you fail to Persuade the Warlord to pay the amount due, you can attack him instead. Take note that there's a Disciple in the lounge, who will become hostile if you attack the Warlord. In such a case, you'll need to subdue the Disciple as well.
Persuading Or Killing The Warlord Does Not Have A Major Impact
No matter which approach you choose to obtain the credits from the Warlord, it won't affect the rewards for the quest.
Retrieve The Credits
You can acquire the credits either by successfully persuading the Warlord or by looting them from the Warlord's body if you choose a more aggressive approach.
Return To Renick
Once you get the credits, you can head back to Renick in his Neon Tactical shop at the Neon Core to complete the quest. He will give you the reward afterwards.
