Wait 24 Hours For Keoni To Collect Data

The first step in this mission is to kill 24 hours in-game time. You can do this by using the nearest chair nearby or sleep on a bed inside your ship.

Talk To Keoni About Data Then Speak To Davis

After you speak to Keoni about her data, speak to Davis Wilson. If you have ranked up your Zoology skill, you will have this option in the dialogue.

Go To East Gate And Assist On Patrol

Assist Davis on Patrol outside of Akila City. You may want to buy few ammo and aids if you are not good with combat.

Defeat Ashta

There will be several Ashtas that appear during your patrol. Defeat all of them and you will unlock the next step. When they first appear, they will have a distance, so it is recommended to have a rifle weapon.

Report To Davis And Search Security Logs

Speak to Davis and head back to the office to search the Security Logs. You will learn details of the culprit so you will need to confront them.

Talk To Bailey

When confronting Bailey, you will have options on your dialogue. It really doesn't change your outcome in the mission, but it will be liked or disliked by your companion so choose the best dialogue that you like.

Report To Davis Wilson

After you speak to Bailey, report back to Davis. You can also choose your dialogue with Davis. You can either Lie or tell the truth, but it won't change the outcome so choose the dialogue you best like. He will thank you and give you your rewards as well as unlock the next mission.
