To activate the mission, you will first need to speak to Adella Faheem at Hopetown. She is located near the Best Defense.
Hopetech Shipyard - Location And Ship Vendor
Find The Tracker Captain
You will need to find the Tracker Hunting Captain, Ernesto, who is near the bar at the Pit Stop.
Persuade Or Attack
When speaking to him, you will have 2 choices in dealing with the situation, and you can either attack and kill him or persuade him in giving you the details.
