Activating Mission Is Still TBD
It has not been confirmed how to activate this mission. We believe it is to get enough Empath with Barrett as your companion, but there has been reports of a bug that this mission doesn't activate.

Take Barrett To Temple Sigma Location
The location that you will take Barrett is random due to you must take him to Temple Sigma. The temples all spawn in random planets, so this will be different for every player.
Help Barrett Acquire His Power
The main objective of this mission is to help Barrett get his powers. Use this guide to help you get through the steps of achieving this power.
Grab Sparkling Objects
To make the ring spin faster, you will have to fly up and down and grab the sparkling objects surrounding the ring. The Sparkles spawns randomly, so look around you and find them as fast as you can.
Finish Off By Entering Ring
When you get all the sparkles, the object in the middle will run into a ring. Go through the ring and you will achieve the mission. For more details use the link below for reference.

Speak With Barretts
When Barrett gets his powers, another Barrett will appear from another universe. Speak to them to learn more about the situation.
Defeat Starborn
There is 1 Starborn that appears after your conversation with the Barretts. They will be near the Starborn ship, so head over there and defeat the enemy.
Check On Barrett
Check back on Barrett and it will complete the mission. You will receive Credits as an appreciation and XP.
