Talk To Vladimir Sall
When you head back to the Lodge and clearing the Starborn mission, you can head straight to Vladmiri Sall in the Library to start Further Into The Unknown.
Piazzi IV-A Or Altair IV-A First?
The order in which you select the planet to visit first has little impact, so feel free to select any planet. You'll both need to locate the Artifact on each of these planets.

You will come across an Abandoned Mineral Refinery that is filled with Spacers and Space Punks, so prepare to battle them. Make sure to have enough recovery items to survive. Head downstairs towards the cave-like excavation down. There are a lot of dark areas so use the blue marker to guide your way to the Artifact Tau.
Piazzi IV-A Artifact Location

There are a couple of Spacer Punks around the Abandoned Muybridge Pharmaceuticla Lab area which you can easily defeat. Find the Secure Access Door and activate it using the computer panel besides it to open it up. Head downstairs and you will pass by some armory and equipment which you can pick up if you have some inventory space left. Then you can proceed forward to the wide excavation underground and follow the blue marker towards the end of a tunnel to find the Artifact.
Prepare For Starborn Battles
You'll have to fight a tough Starborn adversary each time to get the Tau Artifact on Altair IV-A and the Theta Artifact on Piazzi IV-A. It's always ready for a fight and will attack when you get close.
Use Cutter To Get The Artifacts From The Deposit
After you defeat it, you can get the Artifact, but it's stuck inside the Caelumite Deposit, so you'll need a Cutter weapon to break it free.
Starborn Powers - All Powers List & How To GetAdd The Artifacts To The Collection
Head back to the Lodge, and add the Artifacts to the collection. You can proceed to talk to Matteo there and to Vladimir which will trigger the Short Sighted mission to start.
