Travel To Neon

To obtain the Conduction Grid technology, you will need to talk first to Estella Vincent, the Captain of the Crimson Fleet stationed in Neon City. Head towards the Ebbside to get to the second floor inside Madame Sauvage's Place and you will find Estella sitting in the room.

Earn Extra Credits From Hacking Side Job

To acquire Conduction Grid technology, you must initiate a download from the power core head to Generdyne's facility located in the underbelly. You can also increase your earnings by skillfully hacking into their Data Banks using the Micro Drive provided by Estella in Bayu's computer.

Get Ayumi Komiko's Security Pass

You will need inside access, so talk to Ayumi Komiko, an upper-level exec, to get her security pass. You can find Komiko at the Euphorika. Talk with Myka, the Euphorika owner, for further directions.

Komiko's Office Is Located In The Trade Tower

If you're interested in gathering material for potential leverage against Komiko, you might consider to investigate her office within the Trade Tower. It's worth noting that she's involved in a romantic affair with Benjamin Bayu, who serves as the CEO of Xenofresh and holds a prominent administrative position in Neon.

Report Back To Estella Once Done

How To Find Myka

2	Find and enter the Ebbside door and you will see the entrance to Euphorika just ahead
3	Talk to Myka, who is currently tending in the bar.

Ayumi Apparently Has A Lot Of Debt

According to Myka, Ayumi has accumulated a significant amount of debt in the town, and it appears that you weren't the only one who pursued her in the past. You can use this information as valuable leverage in the future when you attempt to negotiate with Ayumi.

Members Lounge

Myka proposes the opportunity to talk with Ayumi exclusively within the Members Lounge, however, you will need to pay 5,000 Credits to be a member and access it.

How To Get Evidence From Meeting With Bayu In Office

Ayumi's Offer Evidence Can Be Found In The Members Lounge

Inspect behind the bar within the Members Lounge to find Ayumi's Offer. This piece of evidence will be important for exerting pressure on Ayumi to obtain the access card.

Acquire The Genedryne Passkey From Ayumi Komiko

If you've obtained only Ayumi's Offer as evidence, she may be hesitant, but access is still possible with some monetary payment. Failing that, you might have to engage in combat with her guards to eliminate her and secure the access. However, if you manage to acquire the evidence involving Bayu, she will provide the access for free.

Enter Generdyne Through The Storage Entrance

After obtaining the Generdyne Storage Room Pass from Ayumi in Euphorika, exit and turn right toward the alley. You'll come across an elevator that takes you to the upper floor of the Underbelly. Upon exiting the elevator, proceed to Generdyne Industries on the far right side. In this vicinity, there's the door at the backside with a Only Deliveries sign and use the pass there to gain entry.

Proceed To Generdyne's Power Core

No.	Procedure
1	Get inside the Vent. There are also weapon items you can pick up in the crates.
2	Head down and open the vent. Head up the stairs towards your left side.
3	Sneak inside the door on the right and make sure to stay hidden to avoid conflict.
4	There's another door opening just across the door that leads down. Take note that there's a roaming security robot so you will need to time you way in down.
5	There's an open vent at the bottom of the stair. Use the vent system to sneak past the robot and open the hatch at the end.
6	Get inside the Conduits Control Room. Sneak to the door on the left side of the Control Station.
7	Turn to the left and head straight down past the Custodies Supplies.
8	You will come across another operation area with a patrolling guard. Sneak to the left side where you can find another Vent entrance.
9	Be careful since there's a guard at the Vent exit. Do not get out immediately or else you will get detected and then you will need to fight your way through. The guard will eventually head to the right side, so wait until the coast is clear then proceed to the Master Control Room across.
10	When you open the Master Control Room, do not stay in the middle or else you will get detected immediately. When you open it, make sure to stay hidden by staying by either side of the door.
11	There's a high chance you will get detected in the entrance to the Master Control Room. So, make use of the Vent at the side of the Master Control Room. Head in then jump down at the end of the vent.
12	Take the door on the left and head straight to the open area where you can see the entrance to the Power Storage.
13	Head inside and take the Elevator to the Conduction Grid - Lower Level. It will open into another hallway and the computer console is just right across the middle.
14	Access the Power Core Computer.

Locate Breyson Bayu

Once you've downloaded the Conduction Grid data, you will need to acquire the Encryption Cipher from Breyson Bayu, Generdyne's Chief Technician, since it is heavily encrypted.

No.	Procedure
1	You can use the door ahead and climb up the stairs leading to the Research Development area.
2	Take a right turn and head towards the vent. Head inside the vent then open the exit at the end.
3	Head towards the Research Director's Office and open the vent inside. Enter and exit the vent.
4	You will come across the Breyson Bayu's Office across the exit. Enter inside and talk to Breyson Bayu.
5	Breyson Bayu will give you the Encryption Cipher willingly to get back at his brother. He will also give the passcode for the terminal which is GEN-41A18.

Decrypt Data And Upload Estelle's Virus

Access the chief Technician's Computer that is besides Breyson Bayu and run the Decryption Routine. Then click the [Upload Subsystem] Data Input to Upload Estelle's Virus.

Return To Estelle

There's an Elevator you can use to exit and go to the Trade Tower Lobby. Head to the Astral Lounge from there and meet up with Estelle in the VIP Balcony.

Speak To Benjamin Bayu

Benjamin will be in the room instead of Estelle and he will ask you who is profiting from the virus. If you Lie and tell it was Breyson, you will still be able to meetup with Stelle at Madame Sauvage's Place. However if you said the truth, you will return to the Eye instead, with Breyson hinting that Stelle won't be joining for the rest of her life.

Speak To Estelle

Head back to Madame Sauvage's Place and talk to Estelle. Estelle explains that due to Benjamin flagging the virus, she won't be able to secure the funds owed to Nick and the others. She then inquires whether you can contribute some credits, allowing you to decide the amount to provide. Giving will increase your affinity with Estelle and the Crimson Fleet.

Return To The Key And Speak To Naeva

Report back to Naeva at The Key to finish the mission. You'll promptly receive a directive to talk with Delgado which will start the next mission, Eye of the Storm Guide.
