Speak To Nyssa Marcano In Viewport
Distilling Confidence is one of the Misc Missions that you can receive by helping out a vendor in Jemison. Speak to Nyssa in Viewport and receive the mission.

Access Secure Storage
You have a couple of options in accessing the Secure Storage, by the Spaceport in Jemison. The fastest and recommended way is by persuading the Security Guard. Use the choices below to make it easier for you.

Get Package And Speak To Nyssa
After you get the package from inside the storage, head back to Viewport and speak to Nyssa and give her the items. She will reward you, and you can speak to her again to activate the next mission.
