Walkthrough Guide
Speak To Kumar At Paradiso
To activate the mission, speak to Kumar at Cafe Luxe inside the Paradiso Resort.
Paradiso - Map & Shop Location
Head To Rooftop Terrace And Speak To Rowan
After you speak to Kumar at the Cafe, use the elevator and head up to the Rooftop Terrace to speak with Rowan.
Persuasion Or Pay 4000 Credits
You can either pay her 4,000 Credits or persuade her in giving you the recipe.

Persuasion - Rank Up Challenge & Effect
Even if you fail on the Persuasion, you can still pay her the 4,000 Credits and she will give you the recipe.
Return To Kumar
After you receive the recipe, speak to Kumar again and give him the recipe. He will thank you and give you the rewards.
