You Can Start The Short Sighted Mission By Talking To Vladimir
Once you've successfully finished the prior Constellation Mission, talk to Vladimir in The Lodge to begin the Short Sighted quest. In this quest, Vladimir requires upgrades and repairs for The Eye. Head there and locate each Constellation Members to check them.
Further Into The UnknownHelp Each Constellation Member
Upon checking on each Constellation Member, you will be asked to perform some task. Complete them to clear the mission objectives.

Report Back To Vladimir
After helping everyone out, head back to Vladimir Sall and report to him. This will complete the mission and you will receive a Nuclear Fuel Rod, Austenitic Manifold, Molecular Sieve and 4,200 Credits. No Sudden Moves is also unlocked.
