Talk To Amira Wolf At Low House
Speak to Amira Wolf by her house in Akila City and she will explain to you that she is in need of help.
Donate 100 Credits Yourself
You can donate 100 Credits yourself that is appreciated by Amira. This doesn't change the outcome of the story, but it might be a good deed.
Talk To Sarah About Low House Wheat Shipment
Speak to Sarah about the Low House Wheat Shipment. She will ask you to reboot the Farming Equipment outside of town.
Reboot The Farming Equipment
The Farming Equipment is outside of town. Be careful of Ashtas that are roaming nearby. They will attack you so don't let your guard down.
Get Donations From 3 People
After you report back to Amira, she will ask you to get donations from 3 people. They are throughout Akila City, but if you know where to go, they are easy to find. There are no certain order in the donations so go to the one nearest to you.

Get Donations From Elias Cartwright
Elias Cartwright is the mayor of Akila City. He is outside on the porch so ask him for donations.
Unlock Last Will and Testament
If you haven't already, you can unlock the Last Will and Testament mission when speaking to Elias. You don't have to work on it right away, but at least you don't have to come back to unlock at a different time.

Get Donations From Reisha Lance
Reisha Lance is inside Laredo Firearms. You don't have to persuade her but just simply ask for donations.
Get Donations From Duncan Lynch
Speak to Duncan Lynch inside Trade Authority. There will be lots of dialogue but he will give you the needed donations.
Report Back To Amira And Receive Intelliwheat
Report back to Amira after gathering all the donations. She will give you Intelliwheat Delivery that she will like you to give to Simone.
Receive 5,000 Credits
Amira will also give you an extra 5,000 Credits. This is not the reward for the mission, but extra credits on the way.
Deliver Intelliwheat To Simone
Give Simone Jansen the Intelliwheat Delivery that you received from Amira. She will reward you for giving the delivery and you have completed the mission.
