Speak With Warner Connell
To activate the mission, first speak with Warner Connell inside Enhance!. Enhance! is next to Outland, across SSNN Distributors.
New Atlantis - Map & Shop Location
Find Warner's Slate
Warner will let you know has been in several locations. But the slate is located in Whetstone. Climb up the ramp next to Terrabrew and head inside.
On Top Of Desk
The slate is on one of the desks inside the Whetstone. Head left right after you enter inside and start looking on the tables.
Return Slate To Warner
Once you get the slate, return back to Warner and he will thank you with rewards.
