Walkthrough Guide
Speak With Trevor
After completing the Red Tape Runaround mission, you will report back to Trevor. The next mission is to look for a man names Henry "Hank" Ferraro.
Speak With Ship Services and Report To Trevor
Speak to the Ship Services outside near the Spaceport and ask around for information. They will let you know that they have seen them in Cydonia so report that information to Trevor.
Find Hank Ferraro
Find Hank Ferraro inside the Broken Spear, by the bar. Speak to him and he will ask you to follow him out for more details.
Follow Hank And Try To Talk Hank Down
Follow Hank outside of Cydonia and he will stop and try to attack you. You will have 2 options to deal with the situation, Persuade him or Attack him.
Persuasion Option

Persuasion - Rank Up Challenge & Effect
Hank Disappears And Deep Cover Mission Occurs Glitch
When you complete the Persuasion process, there has been reports of a bug that Hank disappears when you try to turn him in. Instead, you are forced into the Deep Cover mission.

Bugs & Glitches - Fixes And Patch Updates
Defeat Hank And No Bug
If you don't want to deal with the bug, it might be recommended if you simply attack Hank and defeat him. That way you can just report it to Trevor without side stepping into another quest.
Return To Trevor
After dealing with Hank (whichever choice you chose) return to Trevor and report the details. He will thank you and give you rewards. This is the last mission out of the 3, Red Tape missions.
