Seething Bazelgeuse - Tips & Tricks
Seething Bazelgeuse Overview
A new monster in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, the Seething Bazelgeuse is the subspecies of the bomber monster Bazelgeuse. It is constantly glowing and drops different colored bomb scales compared to the normal variant.
Drops Blue Scales That Have Bigger Explosions

Preparing For Seething Bazelgeuse
Has A Weakness To Ice
The Seething Bazelgeuse has a weakness to the ice element. It is recommended to bring Ice weapons in conjunction with the Ice Attack skill to deal massive amounts of damage to the monster!
Bring Dung Pods To Focus On The Monster
During your fight with the Seething Bazelgeuse, several other monsters may show up. It would be best to bring some Dung Pods to force other monsters to flee so that you can focus solely on fighting the Seething Bazelgeuse.

Avoid Exploding Scales As Much As Possible
The Seething Bazelgeuse will litter its scales around the field. If you are caught in the explosion, you will catch fire. Be careful around these obstacles, especially the purple colored scales as these do much more damage!
Use Clutch Claw Sparingly
Since the Seething Bazelgeuse litters the ground with its scales, it may be difficult to use the Clutch Claw as you may land in an area with several explosive scales. Only use the Clutch Claw when you are sure that the area is clear!
