In the Seliana Gathering Hub, you'll only be one window away from the Smithy. Crafting weapons and armor will not be as slow as in Astera.
Manage Layered Armor At the Smithy
Layered Armor can now be crafted and managed at the Smithy, with previous Layered Armor available for crafting with the same materials.
Bounty, Botanical Research In Gathering Hub
Bounty & Botanical Research, which are frequently used facilities, can now be accessed in the Gathering Hub. Simply talk to the representative to get access to both features.
A New Head Chef - Grammeowster Chef
The Grammeowster Chef has come out of retirement to serve piping hot meals to all Hunter! The Meowscular Chef's mentor, her speciality lies in gratins and giant servings.

The new Steamworks is a crucial facility that provides thermal energy needed to maintain Seliana. You can help out the Steamworks by increasing steam through adding in fuel.
Gather Fuel From Quests
Steam is increased by using fuel. Fuel can be gathered by clearing quests, or exchanging ores and other materials.
Help Steamworks To Get Rewards
Help Steamworks by gathering fuel and raising the steam levels of the facility. You'll be rewarded for your efforts with consumable items and even Wyverian prints!
Increase Steam With A Mini Game!
You can increase steam for the Steamworks by playing a mini-game with the Palico assistants. You need to press the right buttons in the correct sequence to successfully raise steam levels.
