The best place to mine Dragonvein Crystal is in Coral Highlands. There are four red Mining Outcrops, as well as a number of blue ones there for you to go through.

Mine the Mining Outcrops under Area 10

Go to Area 11 and mine the Mining Outcrop there before returning to the base
How To Get Dragonvein Crystal
Acquired from Mining Red Mining Outcrops
Dragonvein Crystal can only be acquired through Red Mining Outcrops. This is different from the Blue Ones that can also be found across the areas.
