What Is Hunter Rank?
Indicates The Rank Of The Hunter
Your Hunter Rank (HR) basically indicates your rank as a Hunter in Monster Hunter World. It is an indication of the number of quests you've completed & time you've dedicated into the game.
Can Increase Rank Of Quests To Accept
A higher HR allows a Hunter to accept more difficult quests as most quests have a required Hunter Rank before you can accept them.
Break Hunter Rank Limits Via Certain Quests
In MHW, your Hunter Rank will be limited in varying degrees - from HR 15, 29, and 49. This means your HR will not go up beyond these levels unless you complete certain main story quests.
